With recent wins at Wallingford Regatta, Poplar Regatta, and Seville International Regatta alongside A Finals at Metropolitan Regatta, Marlow Regatta, and a Semi Final at Henley Royal Regatta in 2022. Our commitment to finding untapped speed is the engine behind our recent competitive success.
But, unlike some other clubs, that competitive edge is balanced by a much-loved sense of community throughout the club. We pride ourselves on being a home-away-from-home for our members, a sanctuary where they can connect with friends, socialise, and enjoy themselves.

James Cracknell OBE
Double Olympic gold medallist James Cracknell joined Vesta in 2024 to lead the senior men’s squad. With two Olympic titles, six World Championship titles, and a lifetime of experience at the highest levels of rowing, James brings a wealth of expertise and inspiration to the club.
As a dedicated coach, he is focused on developing the squad’s technical ability, fitness, and race performance, instilling the discipline and mindset needed to excel. Under his leadership, Vesta is poised for an exciting new chapter of competitive success.
